Three Secrets to Long Life

"Long life is in her right hand" (Proverbs 3:16)

Looking down the Timeline to later this century, long life will become easier and easier to grasp. How do we position ourselves now so we can lay hold of it? Here are three areas to consider focusing on:

Secret 1: Physical body “external” health

Ask: What changes can I make externally to boost my health?

Examples include:

  • Diet
  • Exercise
  • Strength training (lifting weights)
  • Light therapy
  • Lotions like sunscreen and clothing that has UV protection built in

Secret 2: Physical body “internal” health

Ask: What changes can I make internally to boost my health?

Examples include:

  • Monitoring how well the body's internal processes are working through regular blood work, health care visits, or other testing 
  • Examining research into how the average body functions for someone my age/gender even without testing myself specifically
  • Considering what science offers to help the body internally function at its highest state

In addition to the obvious things we’d all look for (like heart attacks and cancers), consider tracking things like:

  • Cell health and cycle
  • Brain function
  • Hormone levels

A few generations ago, people had no recourse against diseases we now have cures for. Conditions that our parents and grandparents considered “normal aging”---things like cognitive decline or hormone level drops or even wrinkles–are things we’re now developing cures for. 

This aspect of health asks what can I do to make it easiest for my body to internally function as it was designed to. The answer may include things like supplements, vitamins, or targeted therapy to work from the inside out.

Secret 3: Physical body “spiritual” health

Ask: What spiritual actions can I take to boost my body’s health?

Examples include:

  • Healing trauma stored in the body
  • Bringing your body the supply from heaven that it needs
  • Healing your DNA through spiritual work

The ATI Workshops have focused on soul work. But an overflow of that work is we’re also impacting the physical body. 

Long life–even a never-ending life–will become easier and easier to attain. But if we sit on the sidelines and do nothing, we may watch others participate in what could have been ours. It’s worth getting in the race for life!
