Strand 2: Shepherding your Soul in the Womb
As a spirit being, go back to when your body was developing in the womb. Then shepherd your soul through each month in the womb. Or each week. Or each day.
Exercise: Breathe into your soul these truths: "I am loved. I am accepted. I am worthy."
Additional exercises: After you complete the first exercise, do the same exercise for every year of your life. Or, listen to your soul or discern what it needs most from you as Lord over your soul. Then go into your time in the womb, wrapping yourself around your soul and giving it what it needs.
Pace yourself: Aim to finish going through this exercise by the end of the course--or earlier if you wish. So do 1 or 2 of these exercises a day. Or spend 10-60 minutes a day working with your soul.
To help you with this exercise, you can find images of development in the womb here: https://www.babycenter.com/pregnancy/week-by-weekÂ

Strand 3: New Weekly Exercise
A new exercise is drip released each week to facilitate soul work. Katharine can listen to Don's lessons and create an exercise (with his approval). She also has ideas, such as:
1. As Lord and Lover of your soul, write a letter to your soul. What do you want it to know? How do you feel about it? What emotions did you feel as you breathed your soul into existence? What plans did you have for your soul before you created it? What Bible verses best describe your thoughts and feelings towards your soul?
2. Bible flashcards. Print out the attached Bible verse flashcards. Put them around your space or carry them with you, reminding your soul of who it is.
(e.g., Katharine has used Immortality verse flashcards when doing work on Immortality.)
3. Chat with your soul: Spend 5-10 minutes chatting with your soul. Ask it questions such as, "How are you feeling?" "What's your biggest concern?" "What have you felt that I haven't done for you?" "What do you need most from me?" "Do you trust me?" "What makes it difficult to trust me?"Â
